The Moon

I know I haven't been very active later. I mean, my last submission was from a dress up game! Yes, I entered a sort of artistic hiatus from DA; Later I've been coming here just to find fanarts or to see the new updates from people I watch; actually I never stopped drawing or anything, but I have to admit I'm trying to become more skilled at tradition art and since I don't own a scanner I never submitted anything here.
Tho' today I had some things to do for my parents and I finally got the chance to use a scanner and this is the result.

This is a little I drew a couple of days ago and colored between yesterday and today; I dunno exactly who is she, but it was kinda based on my face and on a book about alchemy and magic that I'm currently reading.
The symbols in the background are moon glyphs. From left to right you can see: Waning Crescent, Life, Light, Sword, Will and Death.
You can also see the symbol of the neopaganian Triple Goddess inside her sphere.
